Amir Diab is the founder of Instanix, a Dubai company that builds AI agents, business automation and business systems for companies in the UAE, the Gulf and Egypt. Instanix's product, IX, is a team of AI agents that works alongside a company's existing tools, with human approval built into every decision that matters. Before founding Instanix in 2025, Amir spent more than eight years as an IT and infrastructure engineer. He kept critical systems running for organisations that cannot afford downtime, including public-sector systems that run around the clock, led an IT department and built backup and recovery systems teams could rely on. He brings that same standard of reliability to AI. Instanix runs its own work on the same agents it builds for clients.
