The story so far.
I spent more than eight years as an IT and infrastructure engineer. The job was easy to describe and hard to do: keep critical systems running for organisations that cannot afford downtime, including public-sector systems that run around the clock.
Leading an IT department taught me that reliability is not a feature you add at the end. It comes from backups that actually restore, clear processes, and always knowing who approved what.
I always wanted to build my own company. In 2025 I founded Instanix in Dubai. Businesses in the region were relying on tools built for other markets or for large corporations, and their teams were losing hours to work a reliable system could do. Instanix gives them a team of AI agents, built with the same discipline I learned keeping infrastructure online.
