The company I founded in Dubai in 2025 to give business owners their time back. We build AI agents, business automation and business systems for companies in the UAE, the Gulf and Egypt.
The problem
Businesses in the region run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and tools built for other markets or for large corporations. The result is teams doing by hand what a reliable system should do, and owners who never get their evenings back.

IX is a digital workforce: a team of AI agents, each with a clear role, working alongside the business applications a company already uses. Agents recommend and execute. People decide.
How we work
We start from the workflow as it is today and build around it, in Arabic and English. Instanix runs its own work on the same agents we deliver to clients.
